The app can't detect my microphone. What should I do?
Go to your iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → make sure Swara AI is toggled on. Then relaunch the app.
My pitch isn't being detected accurately. Why?
Make sure you're in a quiet environment with minimal background noise. Sing close to your device, and ensure the microphone isn't blocked. Sustained, clear tones work best for detection.
I didn't receive my verification email.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, go back to the sign-up screen and tap "Resend code." Emails are sent from a Gmail address — add it to your contacts to avoid spam filtering.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email. You'll receive a reset code by email. If you don't receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Profile tab → Settings → scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently delete your account and all associated practice data within 30 days.
My practice sessions aren't being saved.
Ensure you have an active internet connection — session data syncs to the cloud at the end of each session. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in to refresh your session.
What is the tanpura drone and how do I use it?
The tanpura is a continuous drone instrument used to establish your root note (Sa) for practice. Select your key from the Tanpura page and tap Play. Adjust volume and speed using the sliders.
